- The 3:00 PM Golden Rule: Our last fitting of the day starts strictly at 15:00. Because our professional dressers work on a precise schedule, we cannot accept fittings after this time. Please make sure to arrive on time!
- Be Mindful of Time: If you are more than one hour late without contacting us, your slot will be automatically released to other waiting guests.
- Easy Return Options: Standard returns are by 18:00. If you want to keep your Kimono overnight, return it to your hotel, or return it to a different branch, just ask our staff! Note: A standard deposit is required at the counter for extended/external return options.
- Safety First: For safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer fittings to pregnant guests or anyone who has consumed alcohol.
- Worry-Free Booking: Plans change! Enjoy a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
